Job Description:
Responsibilities:
– Perform Pre/Post-sales installation & support of products to customers.
– Perform Proof of Concept and products evaluation to customers.
– Prepare Post-deployment documentation and training if required.
– Conduct technical activities to support sales team.
– Engineer will be required to travel on-site.
– Additional duties may be assigned.
Requirements:
UNIX: Knowledge & Experience with Unix & Linux platform. Solaris, AIX will be a plus.
UNIX: Knowledge with Basic Unix Shell Scripting will be a plus.
WINDOWS: Knowledge with Windows & Active Directory concepts and administration.
Knowledge of TCP/IP Networking fundamental concepts.
Ability to work independently and as a team, possess initiative, willing to learn and a can-do attitude.
Must be able 8, willing to travel overseas for work.
