Job Description:
Work location: Central
Work duration: 2 years renewable (Transport allowance Up to $300 + Mobile
allowance)
Able to start work immediately or within short notice period
Job Duties:
– Conduct interview by Phone or Personal visit
– Data entry for completed surveys
– Status update report to supervisor
– Conduct data verification
– Verify completed survey cases; ensure that the data is accurate and reliable, call respondents to verify the information when necessary
– Administrative work e.g. preparing letters for mailout
– Need to work on weekends when required
Job Requirements:
– Enjoy interacting with people and customer service- oriented person
– Pleasant personality
– Candidate must be able to work on weekends when required.
– Working in a call centre or Telemarketing environment will be added advantage
– Possess outspoken personality and customer-oriented
