Job Description:

Responsibilities:

– Process vendor invoices and ensure internal controls are in place
– Ensure payments are processed timely
– Attend to internal customers and vendors’ enquiry
– Support business on matters related to vendor invoicing processing
– Support audit and any request for information
– Work closely with GL on invoice posting in accordance with internal accounting
guidelines
– Any ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

– Diploma in Accountancy
– 2 to 3 years of accounts payable experience
– Proficiency in MS office and SAP
