Job Description
Job Duties:
Verification of manpower billing and invoicing.
Prepare weekly/monthly HR related reports for the management.
Provide daily HR operations administrative support to the team.
Support the new hire onboarding process which may include pre-employment medical examination follow up, planning of induction activities and coordination with internal teams to ensure the smooth onboarding of new hire to company.
Provide onsite support in relation to staff onboarding and offboarding.
Support HR related inquiries from employees or line managers.
Undertake other ad-hoc duties/projects as assigned by the team.

Requirements:
Diploma Human Resource or Business related discipline. Entry Level are welcome to apply.
Able to manage high volume activities and handle data confidentiality.
Able to work under tight timeline and respond to changing priorities.
IT savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Organised, meticulous and proactive.
A team player with good interpersonal skills.
