Job Description:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare sales forecast
• Assist in budget preparation for CAPEX
• Update sales report
• Update invoice summary sales into sales update and MIS report
• Prepare monthly management report with information collated from various department
• Prepare monthly report for submission to Finance General Manager and Managing Director
• Market Update Report
• Update inventory forecast
• Monitor down payment and ensure invoices are billed to customers in a timely manner
• Prepare monthly training report for submission to Training Administrator
• Prepare annual training needs plan for submission to Head, Learning & Development
• Prepare annual sales update to Finance department
• Prepare annual DFRS sales report to principal
• Organise team-bonding activities
• Place order for office stationeries

Requirement Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate/MTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field. At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Preferably Junior Executives specializing in SecretariaVExecutive & Personal Assistant or equivalent.
