Job Duties:
Provide secretarial support to General Manager
Handle management team/General Manager internal and external meeting arrangements
Handle general office maintenance and administration duties which include but not limited to, building and lease management and office equipment etc
Act as key liaison for facilities management, office administration and resource management matters
Monitor and tracking usage of office supplies and placement of orders
Handle overseas business travel arrangements, including transport, flight and hotel booking
Process Purchase orders (using SAP) and ensure that orders include the correct prices, discounts and product number. Liaise with logistics departments to agree on delivery dates.
Match Delivery Order, Invoice and Purchase order using SAP
Monitor Carlsberg amenities at distributors warehouse (base on month end report from sales team) flag out when inventory is low and facilitate reorder with Trade marketing
Responsible for reception/office and pantry area
Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirements:
Minimum O level
Knowledge of SAP preferred
Good organizational skills
Meticulous
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Relevant 1-2 years of Admin and secretarial experience
