Job Description:
• Setup and update routings to ensure most efficient/best routings for display in the system.
• Work closely with all Trades to ensure that the routes updated for display are as per the plans and allocations.
• Ensure all enquires relating from customer query to acceptance are attended to, all bookings are successfully taken, the functional mailbox is responded on the same working day and within 24 hours.
• Update of cost — to ensure that the update is accurate and timely.
Requirements:
• Diploma /Degree
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
