Job Description:

– Supporting company infrastructure including: server and network Switches, access point on site, Escalate Infrastructue to Vendor
– Supporting Company Device including: Level 1 Troubleshooting of Tablet, Helpdesk – answering enquiry for Tablet issue and escalation device issue to Vendor for Repair
– Managing Company Asset: Distributing and collecting Device when Start and end of course and keeping track of current tablet location.
