Job Descriptions:
• Provisioning of Microsoft Active Directory Account. Exchange Account, Lync Account and SAP Account.
• Provide L1 support to Microsoft File share. Bluecoat Pro, services, TrendMicro and McAfee Fixed Disk Encryption
Skil!sets:
• 2-3 years’ experience in supporting Microsoft Active Directory and File share
• Good to have knowledge in McAfee FDE and TrendMicro AV
• Good to have experience in Desktop support
