Job Description:
Our client, a M&E Contractor in the Construction industry is looking for a Purchasing Assistant.
Responsibilities:
– Prepare and issue the purchase orders to suppliers.
– Interact with the suppliers for purchasing matters (sourcing, negotiation, and etc)
– Produce and maintain all tracking lists and reports.
– General Data Entry and undertaking all filing as required.
– Arrange and attend meetings, taking minutes if necessary.
– Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
– All tasks assigned by superior or procurement manager.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of working experience in this job scope, however candidates without experience are welcome too!
