Roles & Responsibilities
We are a team of design professionals based in Singapore. With a combined experience of more than 30 years in Singapore. We are currently looking for a project executive/manager with at least 2 years of experience to join our team.
You will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our interior design projects, ensuring the successful execution of the project. You will work closely with the sales team, contractors, and clients, to deliver outstanding interior design outcomes that meet the project’s goals, budget, and timeline.

Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate and execute projects
Prepare and manage project schedule to ensure project completion within schedule
Attend site meetings and inspections
Supervise projects closely to ensure conformity to specifications, quality, budgets and delivery schedule
Report on project status and take appropriate actions to ensure project progress is on schedule
Work closely with sales team, clients and sub-contractors on timely project handover
Requirement:
Certificate/ Diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Project Management, M&E, Building Construction
Candidates with minimum 2 year experience in site/ project management preferred
Ability to understand layout plans, architectural finishes and installation methods preferred
Meticulous with good working knowledge of carpentry and construction details
Experienced in project management and liaising with contractors preferred
Highly dedicated, responsible and willing to grow with the company
Candidates with own vehicle will be entitled to a higher vehicle allowance
