Job Duties:
Warehousing operations
• Perform receiving of goods into the system and record batch and serial number when required
• Perform incoming quality control on specific items
• Put away items into appropriated locations based on storage rules
• Run periodic cycle count and stock take and record eventual stock adjustments into the WMS
• Pick and pack orders based on orders
• Develop/maintain warehousing work instructions and procedures
• Investigate and propose corrective action when problem or stock discrepancy ()CCM
Transportation Management:
• Book shipment and coordinate with our transport partner(s) for the pick-up
• Prepare required paperwork for each consignment
• Track each shipment and liaise with the provider whenever shipment gets delayed
Job Requirements:
• At least 2 to 4 years of relevant experience
• NetSuite/WMS/ERP experience
• Must have strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent attention to detail and willingness to help
• Proficiency MS Word and Excel
