Job Description:
– Handle full spectrum of HR Functions
– Responsible for the full Recruitment process
– Handle induction and on-boarding of all employees, including administering the application of work passes for foreign employees.
– Drafting and administration of HR policies’ handbook, programs and procedures.
– Responsible for payroll processing including mandatory submissions to all government organizations.
– Administration of all HR records, related documentation and correspondences (internal and external)
– Compensation and benefits administration
– Performance management.
– Training and development
– Involves in disciplinary issues and staff counselling
– Employee insurance administration and claims.
– Coordinating off-boarding processes.
– Assist in organizing and coordinating company’s social and recreation activities.
– Ensuring statutory and company policy compliance across all levels.
– Liaising with government agencies to ensure adherence to compliance.
– Resolving grievances or queries that any employee has.
Requirements:
– Atleast Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification
– Minimum 4 years of relevant working experience in similar capacity in manufacturing industry
– Good knowledge of local labor laws and related legislations.
