Job Description:
Responsibilities: –
• Create, track and trace customers’ orders on a daily basis
• Coordinate and administer month end closing activities
• Responsible for analyzing weekly customer production requirement
• Responsible for updating customer production change requirement
• Ensure all invoices are recorded in a timely manner in accordance with established
• Provide guidance and coaching to the Invoice Processing officers
Requirements:
• Possess a Diploma/Degree
• Brings along 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service /operations / order processing
• Applicants from Manufacturing / 3PL industry is an added advantage
