Accounts Assistant
Responsibilities
Verify and process freight invoices for payment
Record contract-related invoices in the accounting system
Post accrual entries for loan interest and guarantee fees
Manage monthly prepayments and royalty entries
Record GCMS pooling transactions accurately
Review and validate invoices recorded by the Supply Chain team, as well as USS and MSIG invoices
Prepare freight cost accruals and sales adjustment entries for account settlements
Review sales invoices to ensure accurate period cut-off and compile sales schedules
Generate and distribute fixed cost reports for all departments
Coordinate and review findings from regular on-site inventory counts
Requirements
Minimum” level or NITEC in office skills, accounting or equivalent
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or SAP
Positive working attitude and able to work independently.
Able to work in fast-paced environment, learn quickly and adapt to changes
