As a Staff Nurse (Locum) , you will be responsible for the following duties:
Basic nursing care
Monitoring patient conditions
Work closely with other organization in follow up patients’ conditions
Monitoring patients’ condition before and after medication
Updating and maintaining of patients’ records
Attend and assist in medical emergency cases
Ensure compliance to nursing, safety, infection control regulations
Perform stock taking and ensure sufficient medical supplies
Any other duties assigned
Requirements:
Min. Nitec / Diploma in Nursing
