Job Description:
Job Scope:
• Oversee, monitor and provide feedback on ongoing project management
• Create and communicate project scope, timeline, metrics and resource planning
• Assign tasks and deadlines
• Control and manage project timeline, lifecycle, resources, budget, ROI and each stakeholder’s KPIs
• Schedule frequent check-ins, coordinate & facilitate meetings and reviews
• Provide status reports to management
• Find solutions to remove roadblocks
• Implement and provide guidelines on documentation and communications (to various levels of stakeholders)
• QA all project deliverables
• Project risk management
• Assess and evaluate project success
Requirements:
• 3-5 years of experience as web / digital / interactive project manager or similar role
• Tech-savvy, data-driven
• Have experience using project management tools such as Aha, MS Project. Workfront, etc.
• Goal and result driven
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to multi-task and prioritize
• Able to manage cross-functional and cross-regional teams
