• Working Day: 5 Days work week
• Contract: 6 + 6 months
Jobs Responsibilities:
– Provide advisory services on the Employment Act & its subsidiary legislation
– Assist to file employment-related claims
– Attend to queries relating to employment disputes
– Performs fact-finding for dismissal claims
– Prepares the necessary documentation and reports for the courts processes
– Develop, maintain and keep to SOPs and databases
– Ensure that services are rendered professionally within the service standards
Requirements:
– Singaporean Only
– Minimum Diploma/Degree in HR/Legal/Counselling or its equivalent
– Candidate experience in advisory/customer relations management is a plus
