Job Description:
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Single?point?of?contact for Infrastructure team for all new system initiatives.
Understand systems operations environment and drive Infrastructure Review Processes.
Manage infrastructure services to support systems environments.
Project management ? Work closely with team members to deliver projects on time.
Monitoring and reviewing own performance to achieve targets and dead?line.
REQUIREMENT:
Degree and above
3 years’ working experience in IT infrastructure/ IT industry
Administration knowledge and experience for IT infrastructure (On Prem ? Wintel Server, Cisco Switches/Controller/Access point, Palo Alto/Fortigate Firewall, Linux and PC | Cloud ? Azure, AWS, M365, Cisco Cloud Security, Citrix VDI)
Good technical knowledge of application infrastructure technologies as primary practice area, with knowledge in supporting technologies driving daily infrastructure operations.
Candidate should have a potential to be a technical specialist with high communication skills and well minded about team?working.
Should have sense of ownership, urgency and self?motivation.
Able to travel on short notice according to requirements where necessary.

Cloud Knowledge ? Azure, AWS, M365, Cisco Cloud Security, Citrix VDI (Administration level knowledge)
Hardware knowledge ? HPE Server, Storage | Dell Server, Storage (Administration level knowledge)
Microsoft Windows Server 2012, 2016, 2019 platform Technologies (Administration level knowledge)
Virtualization Technologies (VMware, Hyper?V) (Administration level knowledge)
Backup Technologies (Veeam & Symantec) (Administration level knowledge)
Microsoft Windows PC OS 10 platform Technologies (Advanced level knowledge)
Microsoft SQL Database (Administration level knowledge)

Network Routing / SD WAN / Firewall Policy (Administration level knowledge)
AWS Certified with Solution Architect Associate or Professional (Optional)
