Job Description:
• Basic up to $2,500
• 5 working days; Monday to Friday; Nearest MRT: YCK
• HR Administration and Coordination
Responsibilities:
• Assist in full spectrum of HR Operation and Administration
• Application, renewal and cancellation of foreign worker passes
• Onboarding/Offboarding formalities, staff orientation and submit reports for payroll processing
• Maintain update of HR database
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in HRM or Business Administration/ Management
• At least 2 years’ experience in HR function, preferably from Manufacturing/ Trading environment
• Able to liaise with Chinese speaking associates and clients
