Job Description:
Duties:
• Maintain and Preparation of the Company General Ledger and Financial Reports
• Preparation of Accounts Payable / Receivable
• Preparation of Cash Flow, Balance Sheets Reconciliations and Payroll
• Handling of Fixed Assets
• Liaising with Ministry of Manpower (MOM) for work related issues
• Handling of Administrative and other ad hoc duties as required by the Company
• Handling of HR related matters such as employee’s insurance, recruitment and dismissal, compliance with labour law and employment standards, administration of employee benefits
Requirements:
• Basic accounting and financial knowledge
• Knowledge in HR and Local Labour Law
• Knowledge of ERP system will be good
