Responsibilities:
• Provide quality nursing care and supports to patients
• Assess clinical conditions and vital signs of the patients
• Plan and implement patient care
• Develop home care plan
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Nursing
• Min 2 years working experience in Medical/Surgical Ward
• Must be fully registered with SNB
