Job Description:
Duration: 5 months (Cover Maternity) Location: Jurong Area Salary: Up to 4K
Timing: Mon to Fri: 9am to 6pm
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
• Handle pre-invoicing tool – Pre-invoice export flow to service providers
• Handle Export shipment
• Arrange Transport – Ad hoc local transport for events
• Assist in Inventory & Orders Management
• Organize and Handle Staff Sales
• Follow-up environmental action plan
• Back up team member in charge of import monitoring
• Manage Insurance Claim
Key Requirements & Competencies:
• Bachelors Degree — preferably in either Business, Operations Management or Logistics.
• Some experience in Logistics would be advantageous
• SAP knowledge would be an advantage
