Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Daily IT Support for HQ a. Project Site Staff (Windows, iPhone, iPad, Printer, Network, etc)
• Setting up new PC, Printer, iPhone. iPad for new users (AD Accounts Creation, Email Creation, Hard-disk Encryption)
• Configuring WIFI, etc
• Familiar with Windows Servers and network
• Liaise and work together with IT vendors for network and server troubleshooting, and outsourcing projects
• Any other IT project tasks as assigned by IT HOD
Requirements:
• Minimum Diploma in Computer Studies. IT or equivalent
• MCSA, MCSE, CCNA certification will be advantageous
• Able to start immediately or on short notice
• Open to travelling to visit sites
