Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• In charge of Accounts Receivable (with the entire cycle from invoicing to cash collection) and Accounts Payable (maintaining supplier’s ledger with invoice postings. payments and reconciliations)
• Reconciliations and follow-up of bank accounts
• Coordination and communication with other stakeholders
• Provision of support to set up finance and operations in other countries.
• Preparation of month-end management reports including P&L and Balance Sheet
• Develop good internal processes that allow for controlling of all financial aspects
• Prepare country forecasts and budget
• Facilitate office management and daily support of Singapore team • Review and improve digitalisation and automation of internal processes to enhance productivity
Job Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Finance or Related Discipline
• 5 years of relevant experience from a similar capacity
• Advantageous for candidates with exposure from the industry with professional certifications
• Well organised with an eye for detail
• Proven track record from a management perspective
