Responsibilities:
• Provide care management for patients
• Assisting nurse manager
• Enhance employee engagement and maximize performance
• Maintaining nursing practice
• Supervising junior nurses in clinical duties
• Overseeing ward nurses
• Maintaining clean and safe working environment
• Performing duties as instructed by Nurse Manager
• Any ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
• Min. 3-5 years nursing experience
• Diploma/Degree in Nursing
• Certificate in midwifery
• Strong team player
