Job Duties:
1. Validation, processing and invoicing of sales related orders
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to provide documentation and receipt of activities
2. Process sales orders
• Supporting the sales team with processing sales orders
• Maintain and follow up on outstanding accounts
3. Manage commission files and payments
• Reconcile, audit, and seek approval for commission payments
4. Timely Execution of Contracts (Internal & External)
• Data entry of contracts; processing contract, filing of contracts
• Storage of files
5. General Administration
• Contract filling
• Management of manual forms
• Engagement with finance on PO’s
• Payments to vendors
• Printing and distribution
• Any other administrative and general duties as required by the business

Job Requirements:
• Diploma in Business or related discipline, with minimum 3 years administrative experience
• Familiar with MS office software (PIVOT TABLE & VLOOKUP is a MUST)
• This is a contract position for a period of 12 months
