Job Description:
Own all plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company’s sales goals.
Meet company’s budgeted revenue & profitability for new businesses through organizing, coordinating & leading sales activities.
Work closely with Operations & HO teams to improve revenue & profitability yield on existing and new customers.
Develop an integrated supply chain solution / proposal to customize to customers’ business needs in order to deliver sustainable value & efficiency.
To support all sales activities in the segment and to engage senior representatives on the customer side (key influencers and decision-makers) to drive strong top-line growth for the company through new business developments as well as the retention of existing business.
To manage expectations for management leaders by facilitating communication and business.
Lead the team, set objectives and develop strategies to drive growth.
To ensure SOPs fit operational processes as well as the handover from business implementation to operations.
To ensure the sales team follows all requested governance requirements set by the company.
To address and respond to critical escalation items that represent a risk to the business within the relevant sub-function or business line and oversees the resolution of such escalation.
To lead the development, implementation, and interpretation of policies and procedures and ensure compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations.

Requirements:
Possess a Degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management or equivalent with at least 15 years of relevant Logistics experience.
Demonstration of analytical and problem solving skills, interpersonal and team skills, and the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Strong leadership capabilities and ability to work effectively in a diverse environment.
Problem solving via innovation & creativity.
Strong thinking/problem-solving skills which can be applied to business processes with a ‘can-do’ attitude.
Wiling to travel overseas when required.
