Job Description:
• Work with HR Department in recruitment, staff performance and training.
• Identity and solve operational issues
• Formulate marketing strategies, budgetary plans and operating goals to achieve sales target
• Ensure smooth and efficient running of the outlet operations, driving customer service excellence and brand’s market presence and image

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma any field.
• At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Candidates with retail working industry in jewelry will be an added advantage
• Willing to travel.
