Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for a suitable candidate for the position of Marketing Communication Assistant Manager to join them.
Responsibilities:
• Develop relationship and act as a contact person with media and advertising channels
• Contribute to editorial write-ups and writing of press release as required
• Maintain the company’s regional web site
• Drive effective implementation of brand plans
• Develop, conceptualize and execute advertising, marketing/promotional programs and campaigns to drive & support businesses from various countries in the region towards achieving its sales objectives
• Undertake market research to keep abreast of the latest market developments
• Ensure advertising and promotional cost is managed within budget
• Work closely with PR and Advertising Dept. in other ASEAN regions, driving plans in line with corporate strategy as well as country sales teams and other stakeholders in the region
Requirements
• Min. Degree in Public Relation, Business, Communication or equivalent
• At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably with experience in managing media relations • Possess strong planning, organization and project management skills
• Resourceful, highly detail oriented with strong sense of prioritization a. result-oriented
• Possess relevant media contacts and experience in event management
• Able to work effectively with teams across geographies
