Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Operations & Maintenance Management:
• Perform daily IT operation, disaster center operation
• Plan, coordinate and manage the computer equipment acquisition (include
• ask quotation from vendor),installation. maintenance and retirement
• Cooperate with vendor, to install; setup and maintain network equipment.
• security infrastructure such as firewall. e-mail security equipment and computer hardware. system software, perform backup/recovery
• Perform software license renewing.
• Provide operations support, answers to queries, maintaining network user accounts
• Perform Muse-keeping tasks (e.g., backup, and optimization)
• Be on duty for business end of the day. Help Desk
• Provide a single-point of contact and an effective interface for users
• Implement an integrated mechanism for queries, call handling, problem logging, assignment. tracking and escalation
• Provide by-pass. resolution and recovery of problems, troubleshoot
Requirements:
• Minimum diploma in relevant IT related discipline
• 2 – 3 years working experience in IT department preferably in a bank
• Exposure to wide range of IT support services including helpdesk, Operations & Maintenance. Systems & Security management
• Experience & knowledge in Network(firewall and switch) and Virtual machine platform (for example VMware).
• Able to work independently as well as in a team
• Ability to multi task and handle projects
