Responsibilities:
• This role will focus on Insurance for Foreign Domestic Workers
• Market the company’s insurance products to customers and partners.
• Manage and service clients’ accounts including follow-up meetings with customers and partners.
• Build and maintain good customer relationship with customers and partners.
• Responsible for insurance premium collections.
• Process insurance applications.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirement:
• Minimum GCE “0” level / Higher NITEC holder
• Experience in other Customer Service industries are welcomed
• Those who have the CGI & HI insurance certifications will be an added advantage.
• Self-motivated and service-oriented
• Good team player
