Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Handle the recruitment, selection and placement of Direct and Indirect staff which include preparing letter of appointment, confirmation and termination
• Conduct exit interview (foreign resignees)
• Administer and monitor AWOL / Absenteeism cases
• Assist in work pass application when required
• Put up advertisement/Engage agency to search for candidate
• Maintains and ensure the accuracy of HR database
• P-file management — creation and filing
• Training
• Conduct Orientation program for new staff
• Reports
• Prepare daily recruitment summary report and attrition reports (internal and external)
Job Requirements:
• At least Diploma or Degree in Business/ Business Management/ Business Administration/ Business Studies
• Minimum 1 year experience relevant experience
