Main Responsibilities:
• To carry out engine / generator commissioning works
• To provide technical support and guidance to major customers (including distributors and service agents) in all Asian markets, Oceania, Middle East, etc
• To render support during installation, commissioning and sea trail support, provide know-how of engines and other equipments
• To provide after sales support on matters relating to warranty, quality a. warranty parts
• To liaise and co-ordinate with equipment markets & suppliers (like govemor. turbo-charger air motor. pump, cooler. fuel / lubrication oil, etc.)
• To collect data and compilation
• To assist the co-ordination works with our facto, for technical meetings, technical training for engineers of distributor or service center as well as individual training matters
• To provide advice to customers to avoid major or minor damages of engines and equipments
• To understand in order to advise modification works done to improve system, design or parts improvement in terms of quality and durability
Requirement:
• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical work
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications • Willing to travel
