Customer Service Office (Data Verification)
Salary: $2200
Location: Clarke Quay
Description:
• Working from office, call centre environment
• 4 months *Extension will be subjected to business requirements
• 5 days work week, including weekends
• 2 shifts, shift starting as early as 8am and ending as late as 10pm (based on roster)
Job scope:
• Make outbound calls to conduct data verification of completed survey cases to ensure accuracy and reliability of data
• Conduct date validation on completed surveys
• Data entry and administrative duties and coordination
• Status update report to supervisor
• Any other ad-hoc duties
