Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
– Provide technical troubleshooting guidance & technical information to distributors via phone, e-mail or other communication medium/platform
– Liaise with HQ for both technical issue and spare part sales handling
– Support whole team on service related process, including collection of report, process warranty claim & following up on parts delivery
– Assist in pre-sales and post-sales support of distributors and subsidiaries by providing equipment demonstrations and sample testing & analysis
– Provide technical consultation to distributors and subsidiaries for product seminars and exhibitions
– Handles other ad-hoc, special or urgent requests
– Provide field support to South East Asia and South Asia countries
Job Requirements:
– Diploma/Degree in Mechanical engineering or equivalent
– Major in Electro-Mechanical Engineer would be an advantage
– At least 2 years’ of relevant field service experience
