Job Description:
• Provide personnel administration support in accordance with the following processes, including but not limited to onboarding/off-boarding administration, transfer administration, employees document management, verification letter, contract management, leave management, benefits administration and employee queries.
• Partner with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of HR processes or redirect/escalate to the relevant parties/authorities for follow-up/ decisions.
• Ensure HR systems are maintained accurately based on agreed procedures and team standards.

Job Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma preferably in HR, Business or Business Administration or in any discipline
• Meticulous and organized with an eye for detail, able to handle large volume of data on spreadsheet with due care
• Independent, able to work under pressure, a self-started requiring minimal supervision
• Good communicator with strong inter-personal and team skills
• Good understanding of basic HR and payroll policies
• Familiar with the Employment Act, CPF. IRAS and MOM employment pass matters
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel & PowerPoint
• Working knowledge of Prosoft and/or SAP an advantage
