Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Communication channel between customers. sales team and plant production team
• Handle customers’ orders and ensure wafer fab loading is optimal and evenly loaded
• Manage customers’ consigned inventory and payments
• Expedite urgent customers’ requests and initiate on-site visits with customers
• Work closely with the planner on the disposing of obsolete finished goods Requirements:
• Minimum Degree in Business Administration
• At least 1-year relevant experience customer service in a manufacturing industry
• Strong in SAP system
• Proficient in Microsoft® Office tools and related software
