Oversee nurses’ operations for two locations
Evaluate and implement nursing / operational strategies
Staff management and scheduling of timetable planning for nurse
Provide mentor and education
Case management for clients and proper treatment planning
Assist in nurse recruitment for the organization
Budgeting for plans associated with the centers
Ensure the clinical policies and standard of procedure are in
Ensure proper recording of clients’ information

Requirements:
Strong communication and leadership skills
Resourceful and people person
Able to provide on the ground advise and mentoring
