Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the main contact between assigned customer accounts
• Handle and manage customers’ inquiries, feedback and orders
• Liaise closely with the customer and export team for the compliance of the export/trade regulations and standards
• Update clients on status through weekly submission of reports
• Maintain the orders system for the timely and accuracy of generating daily order status reports • Liaise and prompt engagement with internal departments and inter-company to resolve problems, expedite orders and manage customers’ shipment schedule.
• Work closely with Sales and Finance teams on customer’s credit prior to shipment.
• Process warranty claims and transactions to ensure that claims are handled efficiently and appropriately.
• Develop and implement new processes or improve current processes.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Company.
Job Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any field.
• At least 4 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Customer Service or equivalent.
