Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Supervise outpatient pharmacy dispensing service in a mult-disciplinary care team
• Administer the operations and processes done by medication pre-packing unit
• Provide support for the development of drug information resources for healthcare professionals
• Contribute to quality assurance / improvement and safety activities within the department
• Assist in clinical teaching and research activities within the department
Requirements:
• Preferably Degree in Pharmacy
• Experience in pharmacy practice in public healthcare institution will be a plus
• Current or eligible to be registered Pharmacist with Singapore Pharmacy board
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and self-motivated
• Good communication, organization and problem-solving skills
