Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Administrate and process monthly payroll, statutory contributions & claims, employee benefits and foreign work passes
• Verify and act as last line of defence in ensuring payroll and claims are accurate and in accordance to policy
• Attend to employee needs and questions pertaining payroll, benefits and claims
• Ensure timely preparation and distribution of HR letters and notices as per employment lifecycle procedures
Requirements
• At least a Diploma in Human Resource or of equivalent standard 2 years of professional experience in payroll processing including submitting of government claims (ex; NS Pay, Maternity, etc)
• Good comprehension of local labor laws and practices
