Job Description:

Responsibilities:
• Lead the Human Resources Department
• Clearly define the business objectives and goals of the HR departments
• Ensure activities of all departments contribute to the achievement of objectives
• Provide Franchisees with the opportunity to give input on initiatives that may affect them
• Monitor and carry out the execution of initiatives outlined in the business strategy
• Ensure adherence to project timelines and budget
• Provide consultancy and guidance to franchisees and principals on HR and training matters
• Monitor recruitment trends in the industry and provide competitive analyses on staff remuneration
• Prepare proposals for specific government schemes, tenders, grants and / or awards applications that would position the different brands or centres favourably as an employer of choice
• Prepare and monitor budgets for HR and training, based on a yearly recruitment and training plan

Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or equivalent
• At least 4 years of HR supervisory experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Proven track record of leading strategic HR initiatives
