Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for full spectrum of HR functions, recruitment and selection.
• Arrange for Employee relations, bonding and communication activities i.e. birthday, D&D, meet up session, etc.
• Manage performance management exercise for confirmation, renewal and annual performance review.
• Processing of employment letter, work pass application, renewal and cancellation.
• Sustain and update job descriptions and job requirements.
• Handle all compensation and benefits for employees.
• Construct Disciplinary Letters and Staff Memo/ Announcements.
• Assess attendance record, monthly payroll and payroll reports, CPF, Income tax
• Manage employee welfare activities.
• Maintain and update company’s HR Handbook, policies and procedures.
• Prepare and conduct new employee induction program.
• Support the senior management on annual budgeting exercise.
Requirements:
• Degree holders in Human Resource or related discipline.
• At least 8 Years of experience in the related field is required.
• Experienced in Full spectrum of Human Resources.
