Job Description:
– Commercial Building
– Developer
– Basic upto to 4.5K with AWS + VB
Responsibilities:
• Oversee vendors, contractors and in house technicians in maintenance works
• Execute master planning for preventive and corrective maintenance works
• Conduct regular inspection of building and facilities to ensure that building facilities are in satisfactory and serviceable condition and where necessary. follow up with rectifications or recommendation.
• Initiate and attend periodic meetings with term contractors and other internal operational key stakeholders (e.g. housekeeping. landscaping, refuse management, pest control) to streamline processes. communication and manage the closure of trade-related feedback from users
• Conduct checks on installations, trouble shooting. preventive and corrective maintenance works on Air-Conditioning and Mechanical Ventilation System, Electrical System — power & lighting. Fire Protection System, Building Management System. Plumbing & Sanitary System, Extra Low Voltage Systems
• Assist in contract administration and procurement of vendors and contractors for improvement/ A&A works
• Creating and maintaining good rapport with tenants and attending to their feedback.
Requirements:
• Degree or Diploma in Engineering / Facilities Management or any other related fields
• Min 2-3 years of experience in facilities and building management
• Must have strong knowledge in M&E systems
• Good communication skills and able to work in a fast paced environment
