Job Description:
• Overall in-charge of a reputable commercial properties.
• Responsible for marketing and leasing, profit contributions and return-on-investment are achieved through prudent compliance, budgetary and marketing processes.
• Manage the overall daily activities of operations. budgetary leasing and community engagement within the commercial properties.
• Responsible for the P&L through effective marketing and outstanding customer service strategies.
• Monitor staff productivity and enhance work processes to achieve excellent results.
• Lead and manage a team under the operation of the building with the supports of respective division managers.
• Any other adhoc duties assigned.
Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree in Real Estate or related discipline.
• 10 years of experience in management of commercial buildings and strong in Operations. Leasing and Marketing.
• Preferably Senior Managers specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
