Job Description:
Our client, a well-known Japanese company is looking for candidates for the position of Sales Coordinator.

Responsibilities:
• Clerical support to marketing staff by preparing Sales and Purchase contracts, full set of import/export shipping documents based on L/C. Certificate of Origin, Customs/Insurance declaration, Monthly delivery/sales reports, issue payment vouchers, etc (Number of Monthly average documentation is around 30-40).
• Correspond and arrange with suppliers. the Company’s overseas offices, customers and forwarding agents to ensure smooth and timely cargo delivery.
• On behalf of marketing staff and guests, help to arrange air ticket reservations. book hotel accommodation. prepare business trip claims and make payment vouchers to settle corporate credit card transactions.
• Also handle related clerical duties like correspondence through email / fax. filing, photocopying, etc.

Requirements:
• Minimum GCE ‘N’ or ‘0’ level
• 2-5 years’ working experiences in preparing import/export shipping documents especially documentation work based on LIC.
• Computer skills: MS Word, Excel 8, PowerPoint.
• Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.
