Job Description:
Responsibilities:
• Reporting directly to the Business Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:
• Attending to inbound calls
• Attending to call back requests from customers
• Ensure follow up on cases escalated
• Filing of claims for customer (Le over-deduction/failure to exit/double deduction)
• Concession related matters (Le lost of card/replacement procedure/extension issues/application issues)
• Point to point enquiries from customer
• Perform simple investigation for cases
• Attending to emails enquiry when necessary
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirements:
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin for business communications.
• Min Diploma holders, fresh grad with relevant educational experience are welcome
• Have previous experience in call centre is highly preferred
• A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision
