Job Description
JOB PURPOSE
Support Yield Management improvement initiative with the key stakeholders to ensure achieving the business plan.
Manage surcharge approval process and continue to drive relevant stakeholders in enhancing the revenue structure of Company to maximize revenue return and improve cost recovery.
Continue to improve cross-trades/department commercial process and ensure that the stakeholders are complying to the policy.
Initiate ad hoc studies and projects to improve Company’s competitiveness through internal process efficiency and establish action plans with the main stakeholders in RHQ and GHQ
Continue to support M&C stakeholders in KPI reporting and improve existing reporting to migrate to eagle+
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Being the expert and gate person in surcharge management to maximize Company’s revenue collection and ensure implementing effective organization process to be compliance to the regulation requirement globally.
Improve the laden long stay container management with the relevant stakeholder globally.
Improve the outstanding and overdue management in collaboration with F&A department and implement internal M&C process to improve the outstanding.
Initiate and improve internal information communication through intranet site.
Initial ad-hoc studies and projects to improve the yield performance.
REQUIREMENT
Strong Excel skills
Excellent quantitative analysis skills
Experienced BI tool (Tableau; Looker)
Bachelor/Diploma in related to the job
4-6 years marketing commercial related container industry experience
