Job Description:
Job Responsibilities:
Process warranty claim.
Provide technical consultation to regional distributors.
Conduct technical remote training to distributors’ engineers.
Correspondence with distributors on technical matters.
Undertake short notice technical /non-technical assignment, able to complete the assignment independently.
Other ad hoc project which requires to enhance service.
Provide field support to ASEAN and South Asia (including India) countries when travelling is allowed.
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
At least 3 years of relevant regional service experience and remote support.
Communication skills & problem-solving skills is essential.
Logical thinking on technical troubleshooting.
Possess a positive and can-do mindset/attitude at work.
Relevant experience in servicing of Chromatography product is preferred.
